Reader Reviews: Faithfully yours Mozart

By ColorfulShadows (via goodreads)

Beautiful book!

It deals with the unfolding friendship and romance between Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Constanze Weber, his eventual wife, and is based on historical facts. Reading this book sent me on an emotional rollercoaster and I had great fun with it! The dialogue and scenes are so vivid, it made me really feel for them, and multiple times I wished I could jump into the pages and give Mozart a hug—luckily Constanze was there to do just that. And not only that. Being autistic myself I could relate to some of his struggles, and seeing how someone loves and cares for him just as he is was healing <3

I know that having an interest in the life of a historical figure like Mozart might be a niche thing, but I seriously recommend this book, especially to neurodivergent lovers of the historical friendship and romance genres (is that even a genre? I'm not that versed in terms) but honestly I recommend it to everyone.

Reviews matter

For indie authors such as myself, we are often faced by negativity from those who do not understand why our passions drive us. They desire "best-seller" books when that is nothing but hogwash, shallow, copy and paste stories that are often souless and without heart. Faithfully yours Mozart and any other books like it that come from me, Faith Jacobs, will not be everyone's cup of tea, but unless you can do better, write better, or create something with the same amount of tears, time, pain, and effort as I have, you are better off being silent or simply being kind. Reviews, as the one above are, remind people like me that the works written are read and they have touched the hearts of those who need it, that is those of the disabled community, the ones who need this are precious and significant, and that matters.
